Our Story
Cooking From the Heart of Jalisco
Taqueria Jalisco opened its doors on US-90 in Castroville with one simple goal: serve the kind of Mexican food you'd find in a home kitchen back in Jalisco, not a tourist menu. Every morning starts early — tortillas made fluffy and fresh, beans simmered slow, and barbacoa cooked low and tender long before the doors open at 6 AM.
